Action for Family Carers are recruiting for a part-time Partnership Coordinator to coordinate a partnership approach to supporting unpaid Carers across Essex.  The Partnership Coordinator will ensure that all partners contribute to a coherent, high quality and effective service that is valued by Carers.  The role will require someone who is:

– Experienced in project planning and management

– Highly organised and methodical in approach

– An excellent communicator skilled in building positive working relationships

– A proactive problem solver able to work under pressure
